He Was Shot Dead & Buried At SFC Headquarters! Exiled Lt Mabonga Informs Ugandans About The Whereabouts Of Missing NUP Supporter Kibalama

Exiled Ugandan security operative Lt Mabonga has made serious allegations about the disappearance of National Unity Platform (NUP) supporter John Bosco Kibalama, claiming that he was shot dead and buried in a mass grave at the Special Forces Command (SFC) headquarters in early 2021. The disturbing claims have renewed questions about the fate of Ugandans who disappeared during the period surrounding the 2021 general elections.

In a video shared on TikTok, Mabonga alleged that Kibalama was among people who were abducted and taken into detention during the tense political period. He claimed that Kibalama was eventually killed and his body buried at the military facility, although he did not provide publicly verifiable evidence to support the allegation.

Mabonga further claimed that the alleged mass grave contains the remains of 357 other Ugandans who were reportedly abducted around the 2021 election period. He linked the alleged disappearances to the political tensions that followed the launch of Bobi Wine's Mission 2021 campaign, which sought to end President Yoweri Museveni's long rule.

The exiled operative also alleged that Kibalama's health deteriorated while he was in detention, claiming that he became paralysed before his reported death. His account has raised fresh concerns about the treatment of people who were arrested or allegedly disappeared during the period.

In making his claims, Mabonga compared Kibalama's alleged experience to that of opposition supporter Sam Mugumya, whose health reportedly deteriorated during detention. The comparison has brought renewed attention to concerns about the physical condition of political detainees and the circumstances surrounding their treatment.

Mabonga accused the Special Forces Command of carrying out the alleged atrocities and named Asaph Nyakikuru Mweteitse as the officer who was in command at the time. These remain serious allegations made by Mabonga and have not been independently established.

Kibalama's disappearance has remained a matter of concern among people seeking answers about missing opposition supporters. Mabonga's latest claims could intensify calls for authorities to investigate the reported abductions, establish the whereabouts of missing Ugandans and clarify what happened to those who have never returned home.

The allegations also renew the debate about accountability, human rights and the need for transparent investigations into disappearances linked to the 2021 election period. However, the claims about Kibalama's death and the alleged mass grave require independent verification, while families of missing Ugandans continue to seek answers about the fate of their loved ones.
