OYAM DISTRICT, UGANDA. A Prominent National Resistance Movement (NRM) Treasure for Oyam District  and businessman Odongo Leo Brown, popularly known as Brown Lee, has publicly expressed support for General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Chairman of the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU), adding momentum to political discussions surrounding Uganda’s 2031 general elections.
