BREAKING! NRM EC NOMINATES GOV’T CHIEF WHIP OBUA BID FOR NORTHERN UGANDA VICE CHAIRPERSON RACE 

Hon. Denis Hamson Obua—Uganda’s influential Government Chief Whip and NRM Parliamentary Caucus Chair—officially declared his candidacy for NRM Vice Chairperson for Northern Uganda in yesterday's public address minutes after his nomination at party head office. "I am seeking your support and mandate to serve as the NRM vice chairperson northern Uganda," he proclaimed, targeting grassroots leaders and party loyalists .  

Obua’s campaign centers on a fiercely ambitious goal: consolidating NRM’s stronghold across Northern Uganda. "My vision and mission is to consolidate the gains and achievements of NRM in Northern Region," he asserted, positioning himself as a battle-tested leader ready to amplify the ruling party’s influence .  

The GCW has massive support from the grassroots already rallying behind him right the consistency of Ajuri, the people of Lango are preparing a welcome for him with a chanting gratitude to Museveni for elevating their "son." This fervent base could prove decisive in the forth coming party elections.  

The Vice C/Person seat is no symbolic role—it’s a gateway to the NRM Central Executive Committee (CEC), the party’s supreme command center for policy and strategy. Obua’s bid signals a fierce contest to shape NRM’s future ahead of critical elections .
