MERRY JOY NURSERY &SCH Director Ojok Urges Lango Embrace Early childhood Learning

Lira, Uganda! Merry Joy Nursery and Primary School in Alito, Kole District is dedicated to providing quality education to children in Kole District and the wider Lango sub-region. Established a decade, the school has made a significant impact in the community, with many children in rural areas now embracing education. 

This publication has learned that the school, led by experienced educator Mr. Patrick Jasper Ojok, offers affordable, accessible, and reliable educational services to the community. 

On Monday, 29th November, 2024 at the rgraduation ceremony for the top nursery kids, Mr. Ojok expressed his gratitude to the Alito community for their support and encouraged them to prioritize their children's education. 

He highlighted the importance of early childhood education in the region. With a background of teaching in various schools across Lango, Ojok pointed out that the area is lagging in education and called for a united effort to support young learners in completing their academic journeys. 

During the graduation, the nursery kids showcased their talents in news anchoring, debating, music, dance, drama, and public speaking. Director Ojok also urged parents to save up for the next academic year. 

He assured parents to good academic results of their children. 

About the School: 

Merry Joy Nursery and Primary School was founded in 2013 to tackle the education gap in Kole District, particularly in Alito, where school dropout rates were rising. The school also provides bursaries for outstanding students.
