Speaking during a press briefing held on campus near the Lango Cultural Center in Lira City East Division, the school’s director, Dr. Isaac Orec, congratulated UACE exam achievers and announced the school’s readiness to admit over 600 students into various certificate and diploma programs. Dr. Orec proudly highlighted the institution’s consistent ranking among the top-performing schools under the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Examination Board, with alumni thriving in employment or furthering their studies at university.

Admission Details:

For UACE Holders (Diploma Programs): Applicants must have at least two principal passes in sciences, such as Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.

For UCE Holders (Certificate Programs): Applicants must have passed Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and English in one sitting.

Specialized Diploma Extensions:

Diploma in Nursing Extension: Applicants must be registered with the Uganda Nursing and Midwifery Council (UNMC), possess at least two years of nursing experience, and meet Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) and Ministry of Health (MoH) interview requirements.

Diploma in Midwifery Extension: The same criteria as above apply.
