ARDC Alebtong, Jimmy Okello, Praises Museveni and GCW Hamson Obua for Patriotic and Dedicated Service

Alebtong — The Assistant Resident District Commissioner (RDC) of Alebtong District, Jimmy Okello, has lauded President Yoweri Museveni and Government Whip Denis Hamson Obua for their unwavering patriotism and dedication to serving the nation.

During a recent community gathering, Okello commended the two leaders for their consistent commitment to national development and the welfare of Ugandans. He described President Museveni as a true patriot whose leadership has steered Uganda through numerous challenges, fostering stability, peace, and progress.

"President Museveni has demonstrated remarkable patriotism and dedication to Uganda’s growth. His leadership continues to inspire us all to work harder for a better Uganda," Okello remarked.

He also praised Whip Denis Hamson Obua for his diligent service in Parliament and his efforts in representing the interests of the people of Alebtong and the wider Lango sub-region.  

"Whip Denis Hamson Obua is a dedicated servant who always puts the needs of the people first. His patriotism, commitment, and hard work are evident in his continuous efforts to serve the community," added Okello.

Furthermore, Okello, a strong supporter and mobilizer of government programs, urged residents of Lango and the entire Northern region to continue supporting President Museveni and all NRM candidates in the upcoming elections. He emphasized that collective support is vital for sustaining development and peace in the region.

In addition to politics, Okello called on parents and guardians to prioritize education, emphasizing that it remains the most powerful tool to fight poverty and uplift communities.  

He also encouraged the community to utilize the Parish Development Model (PDM) funds wisely to foster economic transformation and improve livelihoods.

The remarks come at a time when local leaders are emphasizing the importance of strong, patriotic leadership in driving Uganda toward sustainable development. Okello urged residents to continue backing their leaders as they work tirelessly to improve the welfare of Ugandan citizens.
