Amolatar University Students Association Unite to Promote Clean Environment On Christmas

Amolatar, Uganda: In an effort to enhance environmental health, university students in the Amolatar district have organized a series of cleaning initiatives.
According to a letter obtained by this news publication, authored by the association's president, the students plan to clean Amolatar town, the local prison, and Amolatar hospital as part of a social impact program.
Maxwell Jerome Otim, president of the Amolatar District University Students Association (ADUSA), announced that these activities will take place from December 25th to 27th, 2024, starting with a cleaning campaign, followed by a sports gala, and concluding with a handover ceremony to welcome new leadership.
The president emphasized that this association unites all individuals from Amolatar who are currently studying or have studied at various tertiary institutions and universities both within Uganda and abroad.
He stated that their primary objectives include advocating for improved educational standards and combating ignorance, poverty, and disease.
Furthermore, he called for support, whether financial or otherwise, from any stakeholders in development to assist with the program.
