Lira, Uganda –Fountainhead Institute of Management and Technology (FIMT), located in the heart of Lira, has been officially recognized as one of Uganda’s top-performing institutions in engineering education. This national recognition marks a significant milestone for the institute and highlights its commitment to academic excellence, hands-on training, and innovation in the field of engineering and technology.
The recognition comes as the institute rolls out new bursary opportunities aimed at supporting talented students from disadvantaged backgrounds. These scholarships are intended to make technical and professional education more accessible, particularly in the engineering and business sectors.

Bursary Opportunities Now Open
Fountainhead Institute is currently offering full bursaries to students enrolling in the following programs:
National Diploma Programs:

* Water Engineering
* Electrical Engineering
National Certificate Programs:
* Building Construction
* Plumbing
* Electrical Installation
In addition to engineering, bursaries are also available for students pursuing studies in:
* Business Management (Certificate & Diploma)
* Public Administration (Certificate & Diploma)
These bursaries cover tuition fees and are aimed at supporting academically capable students who may lack the financial means to pursue higher education.
