TOP STORY: The Greater North Celebrates as Wisdom High School Produces 8 Students with 20 Points in UACE Result, 2025

 Arua, Uganda; The people of the Greater North are in celebration after seeing one of their best schools, Wisdom High School, ranked among the top-performing UACE schools in Uganda.
The top list is dominated by Kampala schools, according to the New Vision, in the national ranking. However, in Northern Uganda, Wisdom High School has joined the list after recording undisputable results in the exams.
In their academic results, shared by Mr. Ambrose Ogwal, CEO of the school, out of 438 students who registered and sat for the exams, 8 students scored 20 points, which is the maximum score by the Uganda National Examination Board in the UACE exams, showcasing their academic power.

The eight students now have the opportunity to benefit from the government's sponsorship opportunity to study free at the public university in the country.

Addressing the media at the school in Akalo Subcounty, Mr. Ogwal said they have laid out strategies to deliver victory and compete with the top schools in the country, despite their location.
He further elaborated, Majorities of the candidates obtained good points, from 19 to 14 points, which reflects their efforts in promoting education.
Ogwal appealed to parents to support schools in the north so that they can begin competing with top schools in central and western Uganda.

Northern Uganda now has a reason to believe in schools within their area, with Wisdom High School emerging as the best in performance.

This publication intensively learned that most students at Wisdom have excelled in science, which is in line with the government policy of raising future scientists.
