Kole, Uganda : Kole Town Council was abuzz with messages of hope and togetherness as Kole District Chairperson hopeful, Eng. Moses Oteng, addressed the media during the Easter season. A staunch supporter of the National Resistance Movement (NRM), Oteng emphasized the importance of reflecting on the love of Jesus Christ during this sacred time.
