THE BEACON OF HOPE FOR A NEWNEWED KOLE: NRM Electoral Commission Duly Nominates Daniel Todo For LCV Race.

In a significant development to streamline the leadership in Kole District, Hon. Daniel Todo has officially been nominated by the Electoral Commission of the National Resistance Movement at the party headquarters to contest for LCV Chairperson Flag race.

Todo was nominated on Wednesday at the NRM Electoral Commission offices in Nakasero, Kampala by the EC Commissioner, Fred Jacan Omach.

Upon his nomination at the NRM party headquarters, Daniel Todo a dedicated candidate outlined his vision and plans for addressing key issues affecting Kole District.

Having previously served as a District Councilor within the same district council, Todo expressed his deep understanding of the voters’ challenges and his commitment to fostering development.

He emphasized his focus on improving education, stating, "I am committed to ensuring that our children access reliable education and perform well at national levels."

Todo also highlighted the importance of collective participation in development initiatives.

Currently enjoying widespread support from NRM party members, Todo is seen as the front-runner in the race to carry the party’s flag for the district’s top leadership position. He assured supporters of his dedication to uniting leaders who have for long been divided, promising to foster teamwork and cooperation for the district’s progress.

On health matters, he pledged to collaborate with government and private sector partners to enhance healthcare services in Kole, ensuring that residents have access to quality medical care.

Recognizing the persistent issue of corruption, Todo expressed his readiness to implement measures to combat the graft, engaging both civil servants and politicians in efforts to promote transparency and accountability.

In the agricultural sector, he plans to establish linkages between farmers and buyers, as well as promote the adoption of modern farming techniques to boost productivity and income levels among local farmers.

As the campaign heats up, many believe that Hon. Daniel Todo’s comprehensive development agenda and grassroots support position him strongly to win the upcoming NRM primaries and ultimately, the district’s LC5 chairmanship race.

His leadership is expected to bring positive change and renewed focus on sustainable development in Kole District.

Todo, a Bachelors Degree holder with verse knowledge in sic-socioeconomic end rural development is hails from Alito, a sub county he is currently representing in the district council of Kole.
