UPDF Chief of Defence Forces Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has said more senior military officers could face arrest following the controversy surrounding generals who were seen dancing during a recent retirement ceremony.
The remarks follow a ceremony at State House, Entebbe, on August 20, where President Yoweri Museveni presided over the retirement of 19 senior UPDF generals.
Videos from the event showing several generals dancing in their red ceremonial uniforms circulated widely on social media, attracting public attention.
Gen Muhoozi previously criticised the conduct and indicated that action could be taken against some of the officers involved.
In a recent post on X, Muhoozi addressed both the dancing and the uniforms worn by the generals.
