Sad News!! Another Accident On Jinja-Kayunga Road Leads To Deaths & Injuries

At least two people have died and nine others sustained injuries following a road accident along the Kayunga-Jinja Road in Kayunga District.
The crash happened at Seeta Nyize in Kangulumira Town Council at around 9:16pm and involved a white Tata truck and a white Toyota Hiace taxi.
According to Ssezibwa Region Police spokesperson Hellen Butoto, both vehicles were travelling from Kayunga towards Jinja when they collided. The circumstances surrounding the crash are still being investigated.
Police identified the deceased as Mubiru Martin and Wanguwu Fred, both adult males from Nazigo in Kayunga District. Their deaths have added to growing concerns over road safety along the busy route.
The injured victims were identified as Genga Reagan, Kiiza Moses, Ojambo Jackson, Ibeli David, Amoit Rukia, Erumbi Manjeri, Kasubi Julius, an unidentified baby and another unidentified victim. Eight of the injured victims wewe.To Read More, Tap Herei
