Lira, Uganda: As preparations for the 2026-2027 academic year proceed, Ebenezer University School of Health Science in Lira, Northern Uganda’s leading healthcare academic institution, has officially begun accepting applications from prospective students for both the January and August intakes.

Founded on a Christian faith-based foundation, Ebenezer University is recognized as the premier institution providing quality education in health sciences at an affordable cost.

In a weekly media address, Mr. Richard Okullu, the Chief Executive Officer of the university, expressed gratitude to the communities of Teso, Lango, Karamoja, Acholi, West Nile, and the entire nation for their enthusiastic embrace of the university’s health science programs.

He added that admissions are now open, with available slots in Nursing, Midwifery, and Pharmacy at the campus.

On top of that, he highlighted that the institution offers bursaries to eligible students to support their educational pursuits.

The school also has its main compus in Amuca, Lira City West Division offering certificate to Bachelor programs in various fields both art and sciences courses.
