JUST IN: Uganda Leading Ebenezer University Offers Admissions To Successful UCE Candidates To Pursue Medical Course, Read How to Apply

Lira, Uganda — As the new academic year begins, the management and staff of Ebenezer University School of Health Sciences in Lira have officially opened applications for new students into their certificate programs following the release of the Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) results.

The available programs include Certificates in Nursing, Midwifery, and Pharmacy. Interested applicants can pick up application forms from the university’s campus located along Soroti Road in Lira City.

Speaking to the media, Mr. Richard Okullu, the institutional director, confirmed the development. He stated that admissions are open to students holding a UCE Certificate from both the new and old curricula, provided they have passed Science subjects. 

Founded as a faith-based academic institution, Ebenezer University has continually aimed to transform communities by promoting education, fighting poverty, and inculcating moral uprightness among students. The university emphasizes holistic development, integrating moral values with academic excellence to produce well-rounded graduates.

Regarding tuition fees, Mr. Okullu highlighted that, considering the current economic challenges, the university has offered affordable and student-friendly fee structures to ensure access for all qualified applicants.

At their main campus in Amuca, Lira City’s West Division, the university offers a wide array of programs ranging from certificates to bachelor’s degrees across science and social science disciplines. The institution’s diverse course offerings aim to equip students with practical skills and knowledge to excel in their careers.
