Dr. Aceng Ocero Commends Dr. Patrick Olet for Advancing Education As St Gracious Schools Passesd Out Patriotism Class

Lira, Uganda : Lira City MP Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng Ocero has praised Dr. Patrick Olet, a prominent tycoon in Lira, for his remarkable contributions to education in the Lango sub-region. While officiating the passing-out ceremony for Senior One and Two students who completed a patriotism course, Dr. Aceng highlighted the pivotal role of St. Gracious Schools in elevating education standards in the region. She commended Dr. Olet for laying a strong foundation for learners.

As a devoted Christian, Dr. Aceng quoted a passage from Proverbs, emphasizing the importance of vision: "Where there is no vision, the people perish." She attributed the success of St. Gracious Schools to the visionary leadership of Dr. Patrick Olet, noting that the institution continues to shine brightly under his guidance.

Accompanied by her husband, Dr. Andrew Ocero, Dr. Aceng urged Dr. Olet to implement sustainability programs to ensure the school maintains its excellence for generations to come. She also expressed gratitude to parents for their unwavering support in their children's education, encouraging them to keep their children in prayer for a brighter future.

Last year, St. Gracious Schools ranked among Uganda's top-performing schools in science during the 2024 UACE exams. During the ceremony, the administration recognized and awarded the best-performing UACE students as a source of motivation. Matrine Ojok, the Headteacher of St. Gracious Schools, assured parents that all students had passed and pledged continued commitment to excellence.
