More than 100 legislators today took the oath of office at Parliament in Kampala, officially confirming their mandate to represent their constituents for the next five years.

Among those sworn in was the influential Lango leader and Minister of Health, Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng Ocero, whose leadership continues to inspire many across the sub-region.
