ALEBTONG- BA Public School Introduces New Fee Payment Policy, To Fight High Rate of School Dropouts As Term 11 Starts

Ba Public School, a prestigious nursery and primary school in Apala sub county, Alebtong District has come out with a new policy to allow parents to pay school fees in multiple installments.

This is aim to provide greater financial flexibility and ease for families. The decision was made after considering feedback from parents and the economic challenges faced by many households who stays in rural areas. 

According to school authorities, the new installment system will enable parents to pay fees installments over the academic year, instead of a lump sum. This initiative is expected to reduce the financial burden on families and ensure uninterrupted education for students.

The Cheif Executive Director Of BA Public School stated, "Our goal is to make education more accessible and affordable. The installment system will help parents manage their finances better while ensuring that students continue to receive quality education."

Benard Acedo urged parents to first contribute food requirements as they look for fund to clear to school fee.

On Ebola outbreak, he assured community of their readiness to address, he added sanitation facilities are in place to promote hygiene and sanitation at school with the presence of school nurse.

Parents have expressed mixed reactions, with many appreciating the flexibility, while others seek further details on the payment schedule and deadlines.

The school administration has assured that the new policy will be implemented ij this academic session, with clear guidelines and support for parents during the transition.

He further assured parents of the commitment to deliver standard and quality education to the learners not only in the area of education but also in sports.

BA Public School is not only promote education in Alebtong but established as a boarding school, the school is serving the greater lango, currently, parents from Oyam, Abim, Kole, Lira Dokolo and Kwania including Agago and Pader considered ita prefered choice. 

 Note; The school is still offering enrollment from Nursery to Primary Six.
